The availability of particular services depends on the customer's location, the nature of the requested work, applicable laws and regulations, and KGI's availability.

KGI primarily serves New York City and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary depending on the location and type of work requested.

We reserve the right to decline service requests that are outside our service area or outside the scope of services we provide.

KGI may provide free estimates or preliminary pricing information upon request.

An estimate is not necessarily a final price. The final cost of a project may change if:

• Additional work is required;
• Hidden or previously unknown conditions are discovered;
• The customer requests changes or additional services;
• Materials or equipment required for the project differ from those initially anticipated;
• Conditions at the property prevent the work from being completed as originally planned.

Where appropriate, KGI will communicate material changes in scope or pricing before performing additional chargeable work.

Any estimate described on the Website as a "free" or "no-obligation" estimate means that requesting an estimate does not, by itself, create a contract requiring you to purchase services.

A binding agreement for services may require a separate written proposal, estimate, contract, work authorization, or other written or electronic confirmation.

KGI advertises 24/7 emergency repair availability. Emergency availability does not guarantee immediate arrival or completion of work.

If you are experiencing an immediate threat to life, safety, or property, contact the appropriate emergency services first, including 911 where appropriate.

Customers should take reasonable steps to protect people and property while waiting for professional assistance.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and property information;
• Providing reasonable access to the property when services are scheduled;
• Informing KGI of known hazards or conditions that may affect the work;
• Obtaining any permissions, landlord approvals, or other authorizations that are the customer's responsibility;
• Removing or protecting personal belongings where reasonably necessary;
• Making payments when due under the applicable service agreement.

Customers authorize KGI and its authorized personnel to access areas of the property reasonably necessary to inspect, estimate, repair, install, maintain, or otherwise perform contracted services.

If access is unavailable when an appointment is scheduled, additional charges or rescheduling may apply where permitted by the applicable agreement.

Certain projects may require materials, equipment, subcontractors, specialists, permits, inspections, or other third-party services.

Where third parties are used, the applicable contract or estimate will determine responsibility for those services and costs.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, cancellation fees, and other financial terms will be governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, or work authorization.

Customers are responsible for paying amounts due according to the applicable agreement.

Customers should contact KGI as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or related fees will be governed by the applicable service agreement or estimate.
